In 1992 Fernando Toro started Property Concepts Commercial in order to provide knowledgeable service to corporate occupiers and investors in Puerto Rico. Since then our team has been providing consistent professional transactional advice in retail, industrial, land and office transactions representing buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords.  Our long tenure in the industry affords us proprietary market knowledge which enables us to provide our clients with outstanding brokerage services.

Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) as one of the world’s leading commercial real estate firms, selected us in 2004 as part of their Alliance program thereby us becoming an integrated extension of the C&W global platform.  Thus, Cushman & Wakefield I Property Concepts Commercial became the first global commercial real estate services firm with continued operation and presence in Puerto Rico.

Founder and President

Fernando L. Toro is founder and president of Cushman & Wakefield I Property Concepts Commercial in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Fernando has been a commercial real estate broker in Puerto Rico since 1992 and actively represents sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants.

Alvilda Casellas

Director

Mrs. Casellas serves as Director ensuring the strategic processes are implemented. She is responsible for providing consistency to the disposition process and acts as the point of contact between the client and C&W|PCC ‘s brokers. Manages and supervises the process throughout the selling and buying transactions.

Sonia Hernández

Sr. Executive Assistant

MMs. Hernández has been acting as Executive Assistant to Fernando Toro since 2004. In her role as Assistant, she oversees the resources of Cushman & Wakefield | Property Concepts Commercial are best utilized to serve clients. Ms. Hernández serves as Office Manager for C&W|PCC agency operation.

Adolfo Fernández

Leasing Director

Since joining the Cushman & Wakefield | Property Concepts Commercial team in 2015, Adolfo has focused on all facets of commercial real estate with a concentration on the retail sector, including landlord and tenant representation. Adolfo has been Leasing Coordinator in Cushman & Wakefield | Property Concepts Commercial and responsible for overseen the marketing and rental of commercial spaces in Shopping Centers.

Luz Santos

Senior Account Director

Mrs. Santos serves as Senior Account Director responsible for evaluating market trends, competitive conditions and assisting clients in their decision-making processes. Mrs. Santos has over 25 years of experience in the Puerto Rico commercial real estate market. Previously she was research director for Cushman & Wakefield’s former correspondent appraisal firm in Puerto Rico.

Brunilda Serrano

Office Support

Ms. Serrano provides general office assistance, and handles the day-to-day marketing tasks ensuring that our listings web page and ads are up-to-date, as well as coordinating support with the platforms service providers. Also, she manages the email marketing activities, schedules, and contact lists.
